I purchased the Rokr from US Cellular on March 25th. It had recieved the Motorokr update. Everything was great! my friends with the same phone had not recieved the update and were having significant problems, but mine was perfect.... Until yesterday. I turned on my phone in the morning and was going to take a picture of my son and it would not take the picture. It was showing on the screen that it was an invalid action. I tried to access my music player where i have several playlists saved and had been utilizing on a regular basis. Once i pushed menu-nedia gallery-music player the phone froze. I wasnt able to access anything in my media gallery not even my camera option with the memory card in. Keep in mind this is the memory card that came with the phone. it was not a seperate one from a vendor. With the memory card out the phone funcitons fine. ---
I talked with a USCC rep who told me to reset the phone thru the settings, i did so but it did not help. i was also told to reformat my card on my computer..I did that and same problems consist. I was told that i would need to send the phone to repair thru USCC as it is past their 15 day policy or something. I have only had it 21 days! i am so upset. I even had pics on the memory card that are lost now that the card was reformatted.
Overall i love the phone but obvious problems presist even with the upgrades they have implemented.
I have sent my phone to repair and have a loaner till it returns.
