Motorola ROKR Z6m

I got the ROKR when it was first available for sale on Sunday at my local US Cellular store. I love this phone and everything works great EXCEPT for my text messages. (I am a texting freak and cannot handle a phone that doesn't text properly)
Here's what my phone is doing...
It will text fine for a lil bit, but then (and this does happen VERY OFTEN) it will not send my outgoing texts. When I go to my Outbox and click on Message status, it will say "Sending in Progress" but it WILL NOT SEND until I turn the phone off and then back on. After the phone powers back up it will then send the outgoing texts. It doesnt matter if I leave it in the Sending in Progress for 5 minutes or several hours... it will not send the text until I turn off the phone and turn it back on. This is a constant problem....

I figured w/ it being a new phone it was probably some kinda glitch. I called the store and told them about my problem, one person had me to dial that *228 (how updating my roaming list will help...I have no clue. LOL!), then another person had me to turn off my phone while they reset it in computer. Neither worked, so I took it back to the US Cellular store Monday evening and showed them exactly what it was doing. They said it was probably a glitch in the phone and exchanged it for another new ROKR... but my new ROKR (that I just got yesterday) is doing the EXACT SAME THING!! Anyone else have this problem?? I called the customer service number today and they did all kinds of tests and couldn't figure out why it's doing this... did I just get two bad phones or is this how the phone is?? I love this phone, but it's getting annoying having to constantly turn my phone off and back on just to send my text messages...
