You should be able to go to menu> Get It Now> Music & Tones> My Sounds> highlight the sound you want as a ringtone> right soft key for options> send to your own number, then it will come to you in your inbox as a pix message, open the message, press the right soft key, highlight save as ringtone, and you should be set.
