Poor service quality...Is it just me?
I replaced my Nokia 6280 with a T62u because I can't make phone calls during peak drive time hours without making multiple attempts at redialing (sometimes for 30 minutes straight) plus callers tell me their phone calls go directly to voice mail and I have the phone on and it will be displaying 4 bars of reception at the time. AT&T gave me a Panasonic to try and the problem is still present during busy times.
I insist it is because of overwhelmed cell sites but they are in total denial and insist I am the exception not the rule!
AT&T has been the perfect company for me over the last 2 years but in late August or September everything changed and my service fell apart. I am located 30 miles northwest of Boston, MA.
What is going on? I know they are lying to me!
