This phone won't likely be available from AT&T for quite a while. The Q9 Global just came out a month ago - there's no way that AT&T brings out an upgraded version so quickly. I don't think we'll see this phone until Q2 2008 at the earliest. I initially thought the same thing. I just bought my Q9h (via eBay) and now this? I'll use it until the new one comes out and if it's enough of an improvement, sell this one on eBay and use my upgrade/FAN discount for the new one.
