Q9h or iPhone?

I am looking for an upgrade and have narrowed down my selection to the Q9h or the iPhone (my 2 sons in college each have one). The iPhone has a much better screen, wifi (which is important since I live in a rural area with just EDGE), and style. It lacks mms, integration with Windows Live Messenger and Windows Live Mail. Can anyone help me make up my mind?

I have both the iphone and the Q9. I plan on keeping both however, I do prefer the iPhone over the Q9. The Q9 has more functions like MMS, more software available etc(GPS...finally got the darn thing to work correctly with MS live search/google maps.

It depends what you want to do with the phone. Personally I am not a MMS or Windows Live mail user. I use my yahoo email account and I usually email pictures to via attachments from my yahoo email in the iPhone (which works great).

The key point for you is What do you want to do with the phone. Since you are in a non-3G rural area, the Q9's 3G capability is useless. Plus the iPhone's data plan is only $20 compared to $40 for the Q9 (although you can cheat the system and change your p...

What the previous reply said is very much on target. I actually didn't like my iphone that much when I first got it, a few months ago, however the more you use it the more you get use to it & like it. It is now actually strange to use a phone you have to push the buttons to use. Also I travel long distances in a semi & needed to be able to use iphone hands free & activate phone without touching it, since iphone does not have voice activated dialing, I was in a pinch. But it will redial last # with Bluetooth headset. So subscribe to ATT voice connect (with lots of features) for only $5. per mo. unlimited use.
