Memory Card

I purchased a 2 GB mini SD card from a COR. I was able to format the card, take a picture to transfer to the card and was able to delete the picture after moving it to the card from My Pictures. When selecting the "Storage Card" icon on the Desktop, I receive an error stating that the card cannot be found.

I called AT&T Customer Service and was informed by their technical support that Motorola would provide support. The first call to Moto, I was on hold more than 20 minutes only to get the wrong person who put me on hold for 45 minutes with no answer from Moto Q9 group. I called AT&T and complained. AT&T gave me a $20 credit for my troubles.

Has anyone else had this problem? In addition, I have run across two other issues. When in the ...

I have the same issue with the memory card. Sounds like a bug. Good thing I can manage the card's contents when connected to the desktop.
