are their any insiders who may know if the q9h is still scheduled for Q2 or did CNET's blog tell the truth that it's being delayed until Q3 (see link URL)?

When it was announced, Q2 was explained to me as a very possible but also somewhat optimistic date. Saying it's delayed until Q3 makes it sound like it's been "delayed" a whole three months, which isn't the case.

Maybe "mid-year" is a better description.

Note that this is only for one of the US versions. The other will come later in the year. Moto didn't say which is which, but I would guess the AT&T one will ship first.

thanks...I'll be patient (of course if they need any beta testers, i'd be happy to oblige...)

Its the one thing Motorola has been consistent on.... being late.
I'm giving up on getting a GSM Q... I'll retire before they can make it to market.

Generally speaking, the Q's will never make it to market, Palm Treo's have an uncertain future, Nokia's are enormous compared to the market, and the Imates are generally kind of chintzy (although they do have nice displays).
Looks like Apple is my next best hope. They may not have the formula quite right on their first entry into the market, but I'll bet they stir the pot enough that other manufacturers, (including our friends at Motorola) take notice.
