HTC Mogul / XV6800 / PPC6800 / P4000

hey all i work for sprint i am a repair tech and have been for a long time this mogul phone is not a great phone at all and its nothing more than the rom software on the phone sprint version is messed up completly thats why the bluetooth kills the battery thats why its always freezing and locking up thats why some of you have had very poor signals its just a really poor rom and there are a few versions out there of rom software the older version is by far better than the newer version if any of you have not done so already go to htc.com and register for there e club it gives you accsess to firmware and rom downloads and software and may be a big help to you if you have the new version go back to the old version you will perform better till they release a updated rom that wont cause more bugs than it fixes thanks remember even with the correct rom great pda terrible phone i recommend a blackberr 8330 curve or 8130 pearl over any of them built better do more just better thanks for listening
