Bluetooth audio not working when listening to headphones

Cannot connect to Bluetooth when I am listening to media player with headset.

I use the headphones out to play through my FM transmitter in my car and My phone part will not work. I will get the notification that a call is incoming as the headset will ring. But when I connect I immediately get cut off.

Maybe I was not clear enough on the past post:

Using the connector that I was given in the box with my vx6800 I plug in my car charger usb cable and the headphones out to my fm transmitter.

While I am listening to my music in my car I have my bluetooth headset on since it's the law in CT.

When a phone call comes in I hear the ring in my bluetooth headset and when I go to answer the call I get disconnected from it with my bluetooth headset connecting then getting disconnected.

I think it is the phone expecting some connection from the headphones out. Is that the case?

Sounds like it. I'm pretty sure that using the headphone jack would cause the phone to think that you were using a wired headset. It must be over-riding the BlueTooth.

That can't be it.... I know it is the obvious answer which is why I mentioned it, but there must be a setting somewhere in the depths of Win Mobile that by-passes this.

Somebody!!!
