Touch screen inoperable
Cannot use touch screen at all. Phone operates fine with buttons, just takes time. Did I do something without my knowledge? or is it fried.

I have run into this problem on the 6700. Press the windows symbol at the bottom of the phone, navigate to the Settings item, When you get the settings menu, scroll down to bottom of the screen and you have a choice of the Personal, System or Connections items. Choose the System pull up menu. Once you have that displayed, select the Screen icon. Choosing that you should be able to select align screen. Hope this helps.
