Rom update
hey every one, I just got the mogul and recently I updated from the old ROM to the new ROM which is version 2.17.651.0. ever since i updated to this version, i've been experiencing problems such as the phone freezing. this happens out of no where, i won't even be using the phone and when i pull it out and turn the screen on, it will not come on. this has never happened before the ROM update...has any one else been experiencing the same thing?? please provide feedback on any fixes or any advice that you guys have. I really appreciate it.

I work for an outsource company that handles sprint customer care and the issue with the software is a known issue. From what info we have, htc is working on a fix for the bugs in the new software version that was supposed to be a fix for the bugs in the original version. They say to fix the problem for now, just redownload the original software version. I am constantly looking for more info on this phone, so as soon as they come out with a viable fix, I'll let you know
