Thanks for the reply. I spoke to a VZW help desk rep. last night. My Macafee security is messing up my sync. He was able to help me understand what to do. For the few files that i need to transfer, it would be easier to either email them to my self, or transfer the files to my SD card them to the phone. 🙂

Be sure to check the USB to PC options in the Connection tab in Settings. Uncheck the box that describes enabling network connectivity though USB sync and it should connect fine.
