Video format/size/framerate...?

I'm loving my Alltel 6800 to death, but I've been unable to get a movie on my phone. I've got 8 gigs worth of cards lying around. What software is everyone using to get a movie on there? Size and format? is the video/audio sync decent? Any help is appreciated!

use Mpeg4 or just a simple WMA file bro! 😉
