HTC Mogul / XV6800 / PPC6800 / P4000

I just got this phone a couple of days ago and am having some problems . The first time I did a hotsync, it synced up with Outlook, but all of my previously entered appointments show up as 3 hours after their actual scheduled time. I know it sounds like I probably have the phone set to the wrong time zone, but it's not. The time zone is correct. After 2 phone calls to Sprint (requiring over 2 hours of sitting on hold), they can't help me. They just say that there's a problem with my Outlook. but Outlook is fine--the appointments show up at the right times. Any suggestions?
