wmp doesnt work
Hey all,
I'm new. I can't see anybody having this problem on any phone forum. I'm hoping to find someone who can help. I just got my 6800 and I can't get the wmp to work. According to the manual, it should play files off of websites just like a pc would. Click on it, the player should open and it should play. I have not been able to play anything on any site anywhere. Sometimes I get an error message (error messages are different depending on the site) and sometimes I just get a blank screen. I have heard of programs for this phone that will make all kinds of streaming media work on it. (and I'll definitely be getting one of those if I decide that this phone works the way I want it to) But the sites that will only work with wmp10 are one ...

Well, what specific website are you visiting? That i know of, the Mogul WONT play music on websites. You can play music on the Media Player as you surf the web, but not whats on the website. If you have music saved onto the media player, you can play it as you surf the internet...
