IBM Connect - BLD gives blue screen driver dump and reboot

I realize this is a tad biased in that I'm an IBM'er, using the Sprint Mogul and the Phone as Modem plan. I can connect to the internet (though I don't need the Sprint Connection Manager software), but when I launch our IBM Connect - BLD app to connect to our intranet, during the protocol of logging in, the laptop gives the blue screen of a driver dump, and the laptop reboots. Of course the screen info goes away too quickly to quite understand what it is saying (not that I'd understand it anyways).

Any IBM'ers out there using Mogul to connect to our intranet and provide advise or maybe other users had the same problem for their companies' intranet?
