Qwerty Keyboard light

Is it my phone or not but does the qwerty keyboard on your phone light up or not when you slide it open. I saw an option for light auto sensor for the keyboard but my keyboard light does not light up. Does anybody else keyboard not light up or this is how it is with this phone.

It has some sensor when its dark to light up, wish I could configure it to do it more often or under lower light conditions. Its the same on an 8525.

I got it to working.
Go to start, setting, buttons, backlight, and deselect auto sensor. Hope that helps

Hey Versed do you ever check your e-mail with Yahoo on your phone? If so could you reply to it thru your phone and can you delete your e-mail thru your phone?
