Yes sir. mp3 can be stored on the phones flash or on the sd card and still be used for mp3.

I love this feature, no more "tricking" the phone into using ringtones i make personally. It's so much of a hassle to have to convert a file about 3 different times to get it to the end result for 1 ringtone.

how do you use the mp3s on the sd card as ringtones? i just got the phone and I am still learning how to use it.
