I start a new job today and they use 6700's there, hopefully I can get a 6800 instead. Looks like a terrific phone.

the flat out price the employess pay for the phone is 289, thats how much i got my phone for. since i know an emplyoee and date the employee. i doubt that sprint_2007 can you get the phone for that price, unless they make a whole new employee account for you.

That sounds like a great deal. I may be interested. The only question I have is how is the sound quality/reception of the phone? I currently have a Sanyo and I can hold calls where other phones drop them. What is the HTC mogul like?

If it has good reception, then I'm interested.

There is also a $100 rebate that comes with the phone. so the total is $299 with a two year contract extension.

oh yeah....but this topic was posted when the phone first came out..besides, you HAVE to purchase a data plan of $25 or more to get the $100 rebate. Sure you "might" get the rebate form, but the rebates department wont send it out unless theres a $25 data plan.

Since a lot of folks are interested, you can find more info here:

Basically, Sprint opened up it's employee referral pricing to everyone.

I just signed up the other day... can't wait to get my Mogul 🙂 If the rebates go through, the phone will cost me $115.

Ordered mine last night, $288 plus sales tax, $30 for 500 minutes, unlimited data, unlimited text, nights and weekends free.

BTW did take the 7bux insurance, well worth it for a phone like this. Seeing it cost almost $600 if it gets hosed.

Tried some of the codes I seen on the net, none worked, but heck, the phone was cheaper then in the sprint stores.
