Sanyo SCP-7050

address books/contacts-& ringtones

Is anyone else frustrated on finding ways to do contacts. It seems like this phone is too new to work with anything.

Same thing as ringtones. I have special ones I have created for my family and I can't find out how to downloand them to my phone (like I did with my Nextel I730.
