Got one on prepaid Monday; $110. for the handset with an initial $50 air time purchase.
I wouldn't use WAP except in emergencies; $.03 per KB burns up credits pretty fast (three page loads cost about a buck!). However, at $.17 a minute for voice it's pretty good. Handset has a lot of cheap plastic, my only major complaint so far. Battery life is excellent.
