As someone who had Verizon for a loooong time (bell atlantic)...I recently switched to T-Mobile and I can tell you that I am so much happier with T-mo than MacWireless. I just hated the direction vzw has been going, their customer service is plummetting, their pricing structures are insulting. T-mo's coverage and voice quality is actually better, if you can believe that, atleast where I am, right in the middle of NYC. Its not even close. I couldn't be happier that I left MacWireless.
