Finding the right note in "Notes"

anyone know of any software whuich will allow me to find the right 'note' by typing in letters? ie i have 200 notes so if i type in "s" I want to be taken to those notes dtarting with S.

I would like to know if you've made any progress on organizing your notes? One of the unpleasant surprises about the E61i is its inability to sync Outlook's Categories. I'm not in love with outlook in the first place and so am very open to other creative ways of organizing notes.

no replies or progress yet. very frustrating. have tried all sorts of different apps. phone can do it when searchng contacts so why not notes?

Yes, the contact search is great. Just start typing a part of a field and the matches appear. A similar functionality for notes would be great.
