Disable Alert Beep for missed call
How do I disable the alert beep for a missed call? The "alert sounds" menu only addresses TXT message, picture message and voicemail. Doesn't seem to be any way to turn off the alert for missed call.

I think if you just go to Ring Styles and then detail and down to reminders and set that to OFF that should do it for you.

I should have clarified that I have the Verizon version of this phone, and their UI overlay does not seem to allow this. Am I missing something or did they screw up as usual.

Well then you may be SOL. I have the standard Moto interface that allows more flexibility than Verizon does.

Customer came into our office with the following problem:
Customers Motorola W385 beeps every 10 seconds. Customer states he has had the phone for approximately 6 months, and the beeping started yesterday 08/18/2008 Beeping sounds like a call timer, call waiting indicator or missed call beep (or possibly a ping off the tower?). The person on the other end can also hear the beeping. I have tried turning all the sounds off on the phone that I could find. I temporarily turned on the call timer and the call timer beep did NOT beep at the 60 second mark where it should have beeped, but the 10 second beeps continured.
