Hey, for those of you who have a W385, I just got one on Telus Mobility and I've been noticing what seem to be a few bugs, one being that the time on the outside display can not be rotated horizontally.

I figured it out!

Finally, I've been messing with this for days and I decided to just do a Master Reset. I did and now the screen seems to work more correctly.

Now after the 20 seconds the screen dims and stays on for the time stated in the 'Display Timeout' setting.

I also discovered the reason it was going completely black before, doing the master reset helped me to figure out that if you have your regular screen Brightness set to 0, after the 20 second backlight the screen will turn off entirely.

If you, however, change your Backlight setting to 1. After 20 seconds the screen dims to 0 and stays on for an extra minute or two (or 5 or 10) depending on what you have 'Display Timeout' set to. 😁
