Samsung UpStage M620

upstage on ebay: invalid ESN

Basically, a seller sold me a Upstage with an invalid ESN. Huge ordeal. $260 bucks gone.

I just want to make this clear: I can no way possibly ever made this work, or even get Samsung or Sprint to fix this problem? Do I really just have one option of "ruining" this guy's ebay store, making a fraud claim?

Just wanted to know if anyone knew something I don't.

It's my understanding that yes, you are correct. The problem isn't with Samsung or Sprint, but the unpaid bill. If you paid via PayPal with a credit card, you can do a chargeback legally and reclaim your funds. For your sake, I hope that's the case.
