speakerphone/mic set
Okay, I have probably a silly question, but hey, I'm tired and am sick of looking in the wrong places for answers.
I had a customer come in today and we are trying to figure out how to use the mic plug in. Basically, our upstage kit came with what looks to be a handsfree speaker. if that's the case, then where the heck are the ear buds? Does anybody know what I'm talking about and can anybody help me figure out how to use it??
Good news, though, I might get her to trade phones with me....woohoo...upstage here I come!

The Upstage comes with a headset adapter, which has a microphone built-in, as you stated. There are no ear buds included in the box, so you'll need to pick up a pair on your own.
To use the mic/adapter, just plug it it to your charging port. As you likely figured out already, you won't be able to hear anything unless you already have ear buds attached too.

it's meant to be a big selling point, because you can use your headphones from your mp3 player, or any headphones you want. I don't know why they didn't throw in a pair of cheap ear buds. Probably because if you want good sound with this sweet phone, you can buy GOOD headphones.
