Hi, all.

Did a few searches, but didn't find anything to address this particular concern.

Anyone notice that button remapping is woefully lacking with the i760? That is, in SETTINGS / BUTTONS there are only 4 choices for 3 buttons:

- Button 1 (start menu) found on right side top of unit.

I saw the same problem and kept locking up becuase I was running out of memory. Since I don't use the voice command, I remapped the Long Press - Button 1 to the task manager. When I hit it now, I see all running applications, with the ability to switch to one, stop one, or stop all.

Hope this helps.

Go get this program: "Spb Pocket Plus 4.0.2 ". You can find it at Handster or Handango. It is a great suite of features, including converting your "close" feature to actually stop programs. Meaning, every time you "x" out of something, the application is closed. It also lets you map custom icons to the Today scren, just like a desktop on Windows. Well worth the $29.

Don't know why I didn't think of that. That made things considerably easier. Good one mbblum51!
