I cant receive mms messages?
Has anyone not been able to receive MMS messages? I can send MMS with no problems, this is very confusing. I have had my phone looked at by my local dealer and the problem couldn't be resolved. any helps appreciated.

I had this exact problem with my phone. Verizon couldn't figure it out either. The only thing that fixed it was a full hard reset on the phone. I have no idea why this happens on this phone, but it was certainly a pain in my ass when I first got it.

I can't get MMS because I had Verizon block my data. I didn't want to accidentaly hop on the data by mistake and find a huge bill! I use wifi anyway. Anyway, if the data plan gets blocked, they also block MMS for those that don't know. I also don't txt.

Yep, I had that problem twice. First time they fixed it with a hard reset (what a fraking pain). However, the problem came back. I called in again, and a more knowledgeable 2nd tier tech support rep said it was because the previous CS rep had added a pay-as-you-go data plan for 1X phones, instead of the plan for EVDO phones. She switched the packages, had me OTA, and it fixed the problem.
