try downloading flash for pocket pc and viewing the page through opera browser, it worked with the XV-6700

Try vtap.com, you can play videos from not only youtube but other sites like google, metacafe, myspace etc. Just point your Mobile IE to http://www.vtap.com and install the application from there.
