For those of you who constantly WHINE about how much VZW sucks, get this: you were probably treated like crap because you treated them like crap. Rule of thumb, you want to be taken care of? Have some respect. Trust me when I say this, VZW actually CARES about their customers, but there's only so much they can do! Quit being damn babies and JERKS all the time, then maybe you'll get some respect back. This is a great phone, btw, so if you don't like it, then WAH! Get over it, they don't want your business if all your going to do is F*ING WHINE!

this kind of attitude is why consumer need a BILL OF RIGHTS. the wireless industry is becoming so ****y that can step on your face and laugh all the time. verizon wireless and the others have by the balls and choose not to better inform the customer on new services and phone; for example when they shoved get now down my sister's neck and was not available in the area or when my brother bought your treo ND bout 15 days latter the newer version came out. so call me a whiner verizon wireless people but just remember what happen to your LANDLINE COUNTER-PART, THEY WERE ****Y TOO!!!!

If people would actually understand that blame can go both ways instead of completely on everyone but themselves it would make every situation easier. It was wrong to push Get It Now on your sis when its not available. I agree with that. The Fact your brother got the older version 15days before the new one came out, at that point its an ethical issue with the rep. When everybody has a negitive attitude because of he said she said nothing will ever be good enough.

Get now? You mean Get it now, right? You're not charged for that, it's a standard part of the menu. Your brother could of exchanged the phone. VZW has a 30 day return policy. Check your info before you word vomit. Ask questions next time if you feel the companies "shove things down your neck". You have the right to information if you ask questions.

again vzw remains inconsistent with their policies, told by a verizon rep 15 days after purchase CAN NOT RETURN PHONE. Also told by rep 22 months to qualify for an upgrade, then call 2 days later to hear from another rep that it is 20 months for an upgrade. a billion dollar telecom can not communicate with themselves correctly. i am a very educated consumer, but when given several inconsistencies, what good are my questions!!!
i don't know if you work for verizon wireless or not but it seem your loyality shade the realities. i must be vomiting because verizon wireless is feeding food poisioning

I, for one, generally do like VZW - the network is the best, the reliability of the service is the best, the coverage is the best - which is why I've been with them for almost a decade.

However, I have a problem with their so-called customer service and a good number of their sales reps. They are not the only ones with less-than-desirable customer service - it now appears to be an epidemic. I will say that one of the reps I spoke with on the phone the other day was extremely helpful (rare find!!), and even did research and called me back with what she found (basically - no known release date for this phone ☹️ which I want!!)

Last I heard, voicing valid complaints was not considered "word vomiting". Rather, that is when someone spews...
