I called both Verizon and LG and neither knew what it covered. They both said it is not available as yet.

I got it done today. Mostly Bluetooth updates, some voice command and other minor changes. Didn't change the size of the dialing font and was told you still have to open flip to voice dial, although I haven't tried it. VZW can pull up the exact info. They did for me.

I just got my phone updated with the new firmware. I was told by Verizon that the update included improvements to the voice activated dialing. Mine is now significantly worse that it was with the previous version.

YES! See the thread on malfunctioning bluetooth. I think it is a related issue. I am going to get a replacement phone to see if that makes a difference.
