Hate to be a pain-in-the-ass, I know there are a lot of threads on this, but I have never done it before. Once you email a ringtone or pic, how do you set as ringtone or wallpaper. Do I need a data cable or can I move it from my email on phone to sounds or pics? Thanks.

For ringtones, you do not need a cable. Just sign in to http://www.myxertones.com (it is free, except Verizon charges 25 cents for each pix (tone) you send to yourself). Send the tone to your phone. Then save as a ringtone.
