Playing Music
I just got my 8700. I'm not use to these phones that do so much. My last phone, a VX4400, was..... a phone. So now I'm trying to figure out how to use the features. How do I play music files from my computer? Do I have to use V Cast to play music I already have? I loaded some mp3's to the micro SD, and haven't been able to play them. Can someone give me some directions for a dummy to do this?

I just got my MicroSD card and was able to load and play songs just fine.

you need to format the card. menu,settings, memory, card memory, options, format.
This will create folders on your card. You will need to put the music into the music folder, if you just dumped mp3's on card and slapped it into phone without fromatting it will receognize them,
