2 MB picture transfer

Can you send 2 MB pictures out of this phone, the LG 8700? I'm assuming you can transfer them to a computer via the Verizon Mobile Office Kit software but I was wondering if you could also email or send them out. How is the reception? Are there other verizon phones that are better when it comes to reception and not dropping calls? I was thinking of waiting for the silver slider LG that's suppose to be coming out this fall but if this phone works well, especially with reception, I may just go with this one.

I have been trying without much success to transfer pictures via bluetooth to my Vaio VGN-SZ240P laptop. It's indeed possible because one picture--and only one--after many tries got through. It happened to be a 640 X 480. I've tried everything I can think of including renaming, rebooting both devices, etc. The bluetooth stack on the laptop is Toshiba v400.33(SO) and it isn't clear to me that there is an update available.

Anyone else having success--or not--with using Bluetooth for picture transfer?

Btw, transfer of vcards works fine.

I have a new Dell and I have not had any problems sending music or pics. I open my bluetooth places on my computer and use the folders that come up. Works nicely.

Do you know what version of Bluetooth your Dell supports? The Toshiba Bluetooth stack on the Vaio I have supports v. 2.0. It seems to be the lastest.

(Grasping at straws here.)

Thanks!

I am not sure what version I have but My Blue Tooth Places is version 5.0.1

I have been able to send pictures without a problem after setting up Bluetooth Places to sync with the phone. Do you see the folders that come up? You can pick up your pics from here.
