$29.99 - Check for a corporate discount

My employer, along with many others, has a corporate discount with Verizon. The corporate discount price for my employer is $129.99, and I am eligible for the NE2, so I will net out at $29.99. Only issue is that I will have to wait until the end of the month as the online corporate discount process doesn't recognize the NE2 and I have to go through customer service, and they don't yet have the phones to dispense.

actually those discounts can not be combined. you can choose ne2 or the corporate pricing...but you can not combine them...

now...some major accounts are eligible for a bill discount of $100 with a renewal..and in some areas there is a promotion for one months free with a renewal...but,

you can not combine ne2 and corporate pricing...

I got to it through a link in my corporate website. Or you can go to the verizonwireless.com page, under "Learn More" the first item is "Employee Discounts." Click on that, on the page that comes up you click on "Check Now," then on the page that comes up you put in your work e-mail. It will tell you if you are eligible.

For what it is worth I got the name and extension of the person I spoke with and she confirmed that she entered a note in my record confirming I am eligible for both.

It's either/or, like the other posted stated. You can:

a: take the employee pricing on the phone. 1 or 2 yr pricing available

or

b: take the normal consumer 2yr price and also get the new every 2 and mail in rebate or instant from vzw.com.

In most cases, if your elig for the NE2., the comsumer pricing may be the better deal. Otherwise check the 1yr pricing on the employee side, the deals are normally good for 1yr, then you can do annual upgrades.

Yeah I tried both via an online chat with a Verizon rep and calling Verizon and I wasn't able to double dip and get both the corporate discount AND the new every two discount...

I agree, it's ONE or the other, you can't double dip and obtain BOTH a corporate discount AND the 'new every two' discount..
going into Verizon via my company's extranet site, the phone is $129.99...going in via Verizon's site, it's $79.99....if there's a way to DOUBLE dip and obtain the phone for $29.99, I'm more than interested in finding out HOW to do this???
