You don't even have access to Get It Now 
I needed Backup Assistant to transfer my contacts but it's a Get It Now application so I was out of luck. You have to use Wireless Sync. Customer Service can set you up on the website for the first time. I hope you don't have a lot of contacts because it's a pain manually entering them
