INSURANCE - During call Phone shuts off then "reboots"
Without pulling out our bills for the last 4 years, it seems to me I'm needing to get a replacement phone about every 6-9 months. Again, to the tune of $50 replacement fee plus the $4.99 I've paid monthly.
What's weird to me is that my wife has had and still has the exact same phone as me yet she has NEVER had a problem - at all!
Could this be that since I pay for the monthly insurance, they have a method to sabatoge a phone to malfunction within 6-9 months in order to get the insurance replacement of fifty bucks? And remember, they have already collected 4.99 bucks a month for my "insurance coverage" those 6-9 months?
