Yes, it's excessive. But it was that store managers decision to keep trying additional units for various reasons.
She was convinced they were faulty at first. Then she kept trying for newer Firmware releases. It's been crazy. We didn't like any of their other phones (neither did she). Nothing else compares right now. AT&T is stuck in vortex right trying to milk to iPhone for all it's worth before they release any other great phones (Razr2 V9, V
