Is it any better than the original V3's poor wap browser?

How is the Java VM on it? Heap size?

With Opera Mini, webpages are processed on a server then compressed and sent to the phone. Makes for a faster browsing experience, and therefore better in many cases. But is also likely to cause problems with more interactive sites.

For example, my broker doesn't offer all services thru the WAP site, and I can't even login to the main site with Opera Mini. With Opera Mobile, these kinds of sites are much more likely to work correctly on the phone.

Thanks. Nice explanation. If i could take it further, cause this is important to me...I need to access my mac.com (POP3) email through my cellphone. I can do this through a web browser on any computer, but with OperaMini on my current phone, I can see my message list, but not actually retrieve the messages themselves. With a built in like Opera Mobile, is it more likely for this to work?

With the Nokia N75 possibly postponed till April, I need to find something now! This phone is the closest I come to what I want, but the email issue has me wondering.

TIA!
