Well I just got my new razr v3xx in today and I was SOOO excited.

Except for the fact that I cant upload pics from my cell to my windows computer =[

It says "removable disk" when i connect the USB cord with the cell and comp but i click on it and it says something about inserting something in the drive.

But my question is:
Does anyone know another way where I can upload my pics onto my comp? I heard something about a bluetooth or something but I really dont even know what that means...I mean im 16 and all but haha I really dont get it.

Please help? So goes for music too I wanna know how to download music to my celly =]
thanks guys.

I had the same problem. I fixed it by buying a transflash card. I bought a Sandisk 1GB card and the computer accessed it, no problem.

I don't think you can access the phone's internal memory with a computer.

I could be wrong though! I hope that helps.

Ahhhh I see. I totally understand cause I was thinking "Why get a micro card when you have a card right there!" but Im guessing thats the phone memory card. Totally understandable lol.

Thanks for answering this! I love you!!!

I don't have a memory card, and have no problem transfering pics to and from my computer via bluetooth. Btw, bubblegumxaddict, bluetooth is a "near-field" wireless system that allows devices in close range to connect together. Many newer computers, especially laptops, have this built-in, but you can always get a cheap usb adapter if you don't have it.

Just to expound on what the others have said...you can transfer pics, music, etc. via bluetooth from your computer to your phone without buying a memory card. But if you only put music on it, you could only store about 12-15 songs and you wouldnt have room for pics. Now if you get a memory card (they are cheap -2GB I got from Amazon was less than $30), then that allows you to transfer music and pics via the USB cable, which is MUCH faster than bluetooth. You can not transfer stuff from you pc to your phone via the cable if you dont have a memory card.

Well thanks you guys!
My brother has a laptop maybe I will try to do that? I hope it will work.

And yeah, I was thinking about getting one of those micro sd memory cards anyway so I can store music and such on my cell phone.

Thanks you guys! You've been a great help =]

Love,
Cammy.

I just found out that you can upload files (pics, mp3's, etc.) WITHOUT a transflash card if you have the Motorola Phone Tools software. I ordered this from Amazon and I was able to put images on the phone without a memory card.

Just thought I'd let you know...
