Casio G'zOne Type-S

Call History

I have a customer with a G`zOne Type S that keeps no track of call history. Will not keep incoming or outgoing or missed. When he misses a call it will come up 1 Missed Call and when he hits view its says No Call history. Anyone know of a quick fix?
