Microsoft Mail Exchange

Anyone else having problems being able to sync email, calendar, contacts, etc.? I have owned this phone for almost 2 weeks and the Microsoft mail exchange has yet to work. Helio says they are trying to fix the problem, but has yet to. Wondering if others are having this problem or are things working correctly. I am also having problems with yahoo being able to download emails. Let me know. Thanks.
