all helio phones have played mp3s, so that won't be a problem, however assigning mp3s as ringtones tends to be difficult on helio devices, so i can make no predictions there.

1. yes it will play mp3s only 200mb without microsd expansion, which can go to 2 gigs, check amazon i just bought 2 gig for like 24$ with shippin or something.
2. i believe you can i dont have my ocean yet (next day shipped on friday noone was around when came by on saturday dont ship on sunday and today (monday) is a federl holiday 😡 )i would suggest getting a microsd card though.
3.you cant set mp3 ringtones but you CAN change the file extension from .mp3 to .mmf and if you email it to yourself when u click download you will have the option to download ringtone(as long as file is .mmf) and you can assign THAT to carl if you wish. i imagine you could post the .mmf on the internet somewhere and download it that was also, emailing it i...
