Automatic Internet connection
I recently found out the the M1 automatically connects to the internet and when you try to update the phone, you WILL be charged for internet usage. I've been arguing with Sprint about this issue for several months, and just got it fixed. I ended up getting a $110.00 refund to my account. So if any one is having the same problems, you'll have to put up an IP blocker and also set the phone to disable the Vision system. My phone still tries to connect as I keep getting either an Error message or "Please check your Vision Status" message.

I was getting charged for web usage even though I do not use it. Sprint said it does not charge when you update your phone.....yet they cannot explain why I was getting charged. They turned off the internet from sprint's end so I get an err if I try to conn. All charges were refunded....but it was not $110 worth!
