Yeah, as far as customer service goes, they've got the right attitude but not necessarily all the resources they need. I just posted my experience to another Helio forum on here but basically: I ordered a Drift a few days ago and was told it would be here by now. I've talked to about five customer service reps, all of which were incredibly nice but I swear they're just making stuff up. The first guy told me it would be here today, then someone said the Drifts were all on backorder and that they were waiting on a shipment. Then another guy said he had never heard anything about a backorder. He assured me that they were in fact in stock and that the warehouse was backlogged since the product was just released. He seemed to think that the story about the backorder was made up.
So at this point, I don't know what to think. I just want my d*mn phone!
