Hey, I'm pretty new to the whole memory card deal with the Drift and I was wondering if this card would work with the drift.

no this memory card wont work for your phone. ist not a stupid question... the card in the photo is a 'mini' SD what you want is a 'micro' SD. the drift will take up to 2 gigs, but dont get one that is more then 2 gigs because it will be a wast of money. 😁

Thanks, do you happen to know where I could get a micro sd card reader, an external one where I could just plug it into my USB port...I can't seem to find one that is external and supports Micro SD.

you should be able to find them anywhere.... try best buy, radio shack, wireless toyz, if you cant find any of those then try wall mart. there are some locations that carry them. also, the place you got your phone should carry the micro SD... if they dont i would be surprised.

I'm looking at this one....but it only mentions about transfering files from the card to the computer not from the computer to the card, like videos and music...Do all readers do that. I have never used a memory card before 🤭

This is what you should get. It comes with an adapter for micro SD and it fits into any SD slot. I have the same exact product and it works great. And it is a great price for 1 gig...you could easily get two!

Nevermind, the link works, but with the Adapter do you just buy a regular SD reader and put the micro sd card in the adapter than put the adapter in the reader and transfer the files from your computer to the card?

Well that link might just be old....just go to newegg.com and search for micro sd. Find one that comes with the little adapter so that it fits into an SD slot...most computers nowadays have that reader open and ready to go. Just make sure to get something with good reviews and from a trusted brand....it looks like newegg might be having some problems so try that link later
