Ring time is something that customer care must handle for you. I work for ATT cust care and we have a program that allows us to adjust the ring time on any one's account. So call cust care and ask if they can make the ring time longer for you. I have the wing and it almost seems like mine rings for too long, and I haven't found a way on the phone to adjust it. Pretty sure care has to help with that one.
