The official 6.0 ROM from AT&T was supposed to be out on 9/17. I don't see it anywhere on att.com. Any news on this?

I honestly don't think they will release a WM 6.0 upgrade for the blackjack. They will be releasing the BlackJack 2 soon, so they probably aren't putting much effort into the original BlackJack.
That's just my opinion though, things could change.
